PSKMail on 30 metres

I'm building a PSKMail server for my IC-745 and an old Celeron laptop (first harmonic's cast-off).

The ASUS laptop is booting the Lupu Puppy PSKMail server disk just fine.

The client will be a eee netbook and a codan 9323.

This setup can only work at freqs up to 10.140usb due to the fixed channels in the codan.

The tentative freq at this stage is 10.138Mhz USB.
